About Pastor Brian

Hi, I’m Pastor Brian, and I’ve had the joy of serving in full-time pastoral ministry for the past 18 years. I currently pastor at Arvin Assembly of God, where I’ve served for a total of 16 years. Before that, I spent two years pastoring Lone Pine Assembly of God. I am an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, and my heart beats for discipleship and expository preaching that is rooted in the truth of God’s Word.

I was first drawn to ministry through what I can only describe as the call of God on my life—a strong and undeniable pull to spend my life working for Him and helping others know Him deeply. That calling has shaped everything I do.

In 2022, I launched the AL Pastor Podcast to serve my congregation and anyone else hungry to learn more about Scripture. My hope is that through every episode, listeners would grow in their love for God, develop a deep appreciation for His Word, and become lifelong students devoted to Jesus. And yes, tacos are part of the journey too.

I’ve been married to my wife, Marcia, since April 2009, and we have one son, Noah, who is 14. Our family is honored to serve the local church and help others walk faithfully with Jesus, one step at a time.
